We believe in a loving universe designed by a Creative Intelligence that you can use. Whether you call It God, Spirit, Christ-consciousness, Love or something else, you are an outlet for God to express Its Goodness and Grace...as you.

May 2012 - Living the Divine Design!
Greetings beautiful spirits!
Spring has sure brought about a major change this year - and lot's of new growth. The big news is that WE'VE MOVED ...and changed a few things too.
The Boulder Center for Spiritual Living is undergoing a metamorphosis, and you are invited to join us at a new location, and a new time on Sunday. We moved out of the little white church and are renting beautiful sanctuary space at the Boulder Mennonite Church nearby (3910 Table Mesa, Boulder).
Our Wednesday Night Service is meeting every week, same time (7:00 - 8:00pm) and same deeply nourishing mid-week meditation. It's a peaceful sacred space, both in the physical place and the atmosphere we all create together. If you haven't yet had the "mid-week experience" I encourage you to join us on any Wednesday evening.
Instead of a Sunday morning service, we are hosting a monthly Sunday Evening Service, from 5:00-6:30pm, with music, a message, a silent meditation and a post-message discussion. It may be at a new time, but it still feels good here! The service is inspiring, thought provoking, and a great place to be with like-minded friends. It reminds me of the "spiritual salons" in Ralph Waldo Emersons' day, where people came together to listen to new ideas and be with others on a spiritual path.
Our very first Sunday evening in May, "The Holiness of Change" was well attended, and very well received. We explored the spiritual power inherent in any big change, and how sacred the change experience can be. I especially loved the post-message discussion - thanks to all who were there for making it a truly lovely community experience.
And, we are all looking forward to the next "First Sunday" on June 3rd. Robert Anderson will be joining Robin Maynard for great music.
Check the Programs & Events page for more information -- including the details on the BCSL Community Potluck & Party, on May 20 (2:00-6:00pm) at a member's home in Old-Town Lafayette.
With love,
Rev Jill
Living by Divine Design means living as the divine beings we are, which guarantees a life of goodness, growth, and grace. As a community, we can encourage and support and celebrate each others' transformation, as we each claim our best life ever. This may be the year you enroll in classes, or get involved in volunteering to expand your horizons; this new beginning is a good time to set a really big intention for your life, to fully "occupy 2012" with your Whole Self and be totally available to your greatest good!
When we open ourselves to an intuition of divine mystery, unexpectedly we find our humanity.
